User Guide

This is the user guide for Santek 3D Eyewear. If you have any difficulties with your shopping or any uncertainties, please refer to this page.

Important Note: Currently, our direct shopping page is designed for orders from Japan. However, we welcome orders from customers outside of Japan. Please submit a direct inquiry using the form below or send an email to s.shop@santek3d.jp .

Order Inquiry

Order Process:

  1. On the product page under "Shopping," select the "Type," "Unit Price," and "Quantity," then click the "Add to Cart" button.
  2. After confirming the items in your cart, click the "Checkout" button.

Delivery Address:

  1. On the delivery address screen, enter the shipping address, then click the "Next" button. Shipping Method Selection:
  2. Choose the preferred shipping method, then click the "Proceed to Payment" button.

Payment:

  1. Select the payment method and provide the necessary payment information. After confirming your order details, click the "Pay Now" button.

Delivery Date and Time:

  1. Specify the desired delivery date and time.
    • If you wish to receive the order as soon as possible, leave the fields blank.
    • Time slot selection is also available.

Order Confirmation:

  1. Once your order is complete, you will receive an "Order Confirmation Email" to your registered email address. Please review the details.
  2. After the shipment of the product, you will receive a "Shipment Notification Email." Please verify the order details and delivery address.
    • If you don't receive the emails, please contact us through "Request a Quote / Customization Inquiry."

Shipping and Delivery Fees:

  • Delivery Service: Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, etc. (*Specific courier requests are not accepted.)
  • Shipping Area: Limited to Japan. (*International shipping is not available.)
  • Shipping Fee: To be borne by the customer. The fee varies depending on the type and quantity of glasses. Please check on the product purchase page.
  • Shipping: If no specific date is specified, the product will be shipped within two business days after the order confirmation.
    • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, summer holidays, year-end, and New Year holidays.

Delivery Time Slot Selection:

  1. Select the desired delivery time slot from the "Delivery Time Selection" section on the shopping cart page. Available time slots:
    • Morning
    • 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
    • 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
    • 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
    • 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
    • Please note that delivery requests may not always be accommodated due to delivery area, traffic conditions, weather, etc.

Other Important Notes:

  • Regarding Long Absence or Refusal of Receipt: If you are not available to receive the goods during delivery, a "Delivery Notice" will be left. Please contact the contact information specified on the "Delivery Notice" and request re-delivery. The storage period for the parcel is one week from the initial delivery attempt. If you receive a "Delivery Notice," please request re-delivery promptly. If we cannot deliver the product due to prolonged absence, refusal to receive, or if we are unable to contact you for address confirmation, the order may be treated as canceled. In such cases, additional shipping costs for round-trip delivery may apply. Also, please note that we cannot arrange re-delivery after the product has been returned.

  • Returns and Exchanges: We only accept returns and exchanges for products purchased from Santek 3D Eyewear. While we ensure the quality and packaging of our products, please check the contents promptly upon receipt. If the delivered items differ from your order or if there are any damages or defects, please contact us through "Request a Quote / Customization Inquiry" or s.shop@santek3d.jp within 8 days from the date of delivery. After confirming your inquiry, we will get in touch with you.

  • Receipt Issuance: If you need a receipt for purchases made at Santek 3D Eyewear, we can issue a PDF receipt. Please contact us through "Request a Quote / Customization Inquiry" or s.shop@santek3d.jp. If you prefer a handwritten receipt and postal delivery, we will send it by cash-on-delivery.
