Regarding Long Absence or Refusal of Receipt: If you are not available to receive the goods during delivery, a "Delivery Notice" will be left. Please contact the contact information specified on the "Delivery Notice" and request re-delivery. The storage period for the parcel is one week from the initial delivery attempt. If you receive a "Delivery Notice," please request re-delivery promptly. If we cannot deliver the product due to prolonged absence, refusal to receive, or if we are unable to contact you for address confirmation, the order may be treated as canceled. In such cases, additional shipping costs for round-trip delivery may apply. Also, please note that we cannot arrange re-delivery after the product has been returned.
Returns and Exchanges: We only accept returns and exchanges for products purchased from Santek 3D Eyewear. While we ensure the quality and packaging of our products, please check the contents promptly upon receipt. If the delivered items differ from your order or if there are any damages or defects, please contact us through "Request a Quote / Customization Inquiry" or s.shop@santek3d.jp within 8 days from the date of delivery. After confirming your inquiry, we will get in touch with you.
Receipt Issuance: If you need a receipt for purchases made at Santek 3D Eyewear, we can issue a PDF receipt. Please contact us through "Request a Quote / Customization Inquiry" or s.shop@santek3d.jp. If you prefer a handwritten receipt and postal delivery, we will send it by cash-on-delivery.
