Shipping Fee: ¥600 or ¥185 (varies depending on the type and quantity of the product)        For deliveries to Hokkaido and Okinawa, the shipping fee is ¥1,200.

Product Delivery Time:

We will ship the products within 5 business days from the order date. Please note that we do not handle shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Shipments may be delayed due to unexpected issues or delivery congestion.

Returns and Exchanges:

In principle, we accept returns and exchanges only for unopened and unused products within 8 days from the delivery date. For products that cannot be returned or exchanged, we indicate "Not eligible for return or exchange" on each product page. Additionally, we may decline returns or exchanges based on the reason provided by the customer for returns or exchanges at their discretion.
