Article 6: Delivery of the goods will be carried out through the designated shipping company by our company. The delivery address is limited to addresses within Japan. Our company and the shipping company will not unpack, install, or collect packaging materials upon delivery of the goods.

Article 7: Exchange and Returns In the event that a different product from the one ordered is delivered or if the delivered product is damaged or defective, our company will accept exchanges, returns, and refunds.
