Shipping Policy

Delivery Address:

  1. The delivery address for direct shopping page is limited to address within United States and Japan. However, we also sell and ship products to customers in other areas. Please inquire from “Contact  / Customization” page.
  2. Choose the preferred shipping method, then click the "Proceed to Payment" button.

Delivery Date and Time:

Specify the desired delivery date and time.

If you wish to receive the order as soon as possible, leave the fields blank.

Time slot selection is also available.

Shipping and Delivery Fees:

  • Shipping Area: Orders from direct shopping page is limited United States and Japan. (*International shipping is also available. Please contact us through "Contact  / Customization."for international shipping.)
  • Shipping Fee: To be borne by the customer. The fee varies depending on the type and quantity of glasses. 
  • Shipping: If no specific date is specified, the product will be shipped within two business days after the order confirmation.
    • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, summer holidays, Christmas and New Year holidays.

Other Important Notes:

  • Regarding Long Absence or Refusal of Receipt: If you are not available to receive the goods during delivery, a "Delivery Notice" will be left. Please contact the contact information specified on the "Delivery Notice" and request re-delivery. If you receive a "Delivery Notice," please request re-delivery promptly. If we cannot deliver the product due to prolonged absence, refusal to receive, or if we are unable to contact you for address confirmation, the order may be treated as canceled. In such cases, additional shipping costs for round-trip delivery may apply. Also, please note that we cannot arrange re-delivery after the product has been returned.


Delivery of the goods will be carried out through the designated shipping company by our company. The delivery address is limited to address within Contiguous United States and Japan. However, our company also sell and ship products to customers in other areas. Please inquire from “Contact  / Customization” page. Our company and the shipping company will not unpack, install, or collect packaging materials upon delivery of the goods.

Return Policy
Exchange and returns in the event that a different product from the one ordered is delivered or if the delivered product is damaged or defective, our company will accept exchanges, returns, and refunds. For details regarding exchanges, returns, and refunds, please refer to the separate "Notice based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions" specified by our company. We will handle exchanges, returns, and refunds in accordance with the conditions stated in that notice.

 

Returns and Exchanges: We only accept returns and exchanges for products purchased from Santek 3D Eyewear. While we ensure the quality and packaging of our products, please check the contents promptly upon receipt. If the delivered items differ from your order or if there are any damages or defects, please contact us through "Contact  / Customization" or s.shop@santek3d.jp within 8 days from the date of delivery. After confirming your inquiry, we will get in touch with you.
